GARDEN FOR THE

ENVIRONMENT MERCH

GFE sweatshirts!

I designed new sweatshirts for GFE in 2022. “Right Plant, Right Place” is one of the main tenets of sustainable and self-sufficient agriculture; being thoughtful about the needs of a particular plant will give it the best possible chance to survive, and to thrive. It’s also a goal that, by nature, inspires deeper engagement with your environment and what you want to grow there. How much light / sun / water / shade / do you have, and what might do well in those surroundings?

GFE enamel pins!

It was SO SO SO fun having the chance to design enamel pins for Garden for the Environment’s 33rd anniversary garden party celebration in May 2023— a serendipitous opportunity that grew out of a casual Saturday trip to GFE. Director Maggie Marks had a few ideas of what might work; I drew up some concepts with a mix of color options; then we noodled around for a bit until we got the design that felt right. Everyone who came to the party grabbed one as they arrived. Super duper spesh, and I’m really happy with how they turned out. <3
