Scenes from a city garden.
We harvested tomatoes and enjoyed them right off the vine. We ate lots of delicious fruit; sprouted the seeds; and planted them. We celebrated the life of one of our favorite snails. We marveled at the ladybugs that — along with a hard prune — finally rid our beautiful hibiscus of aphids. We managed to nab a few gorgeous strawberries before the slugs. We grew some teeny squash. We had a lot of fun.
